近距离采空区下回采巷道支护技术研究

Study on the Control of Surrounding Rockin the Under Goaf Coal Seam

摘要: 针对山西柳林庄上煤矿煤层群开采过程中遇到的层间距变化问题,通过理论分析结合数值计算的方式,确定煤柱下应力和塑性区分布规律,确定针对不同层间距条件下的支护方式:层间距4~5m时,采取架设单体支柱、缩短锚索长度支护巷道顶板、加强靠近煤柱一侧煤帮支护等方式补强支护。层间距5~7m时,无需架设单体支柱支护,锚索长度增加至4.5m。通过对回采期间矿压观测结果分析,巷道围岩控制基本稳定,支护方案满足了安全回采的需求。

Abstract: Abstract: According to the problem of multi seam mining in the process of interlayer distance changes at Zhuangshang coal mine in Liulin,Shanxi province, by means of theoretical analysis combined with numerical calculation, determined the stress and plastic zone distribution law under coal pillar, determined the contrary of interlayer distance changes with different support mode: when the interlayer distance changes in 4-5m,take the way of erection single prop, shorten the length of anchor to support roadway roof, strengthen support of the coal wall near the pillar side to reinforcement support. when the interlayer distance changes in 5-7m,no need to erection single prop,increase the the length of anchor to 4.5m.Through the analysis of pressure observation results during the mining period, the control of surrounding rock of roadway is basically stable, the supporting scheme satisfied the demand of safe mining.
